Know what renews next, and what it really costs.
SubDesk is a subscription tracker and ledger: which card each subscription charges, when it renews, how the price has changed, and the invoice for every month. Your warranties and insurance policies sit beside them, with a word before each one ends.

Every charge, every price, every receipt. In one place.
Netflix has raised its price twice since you signed up. SubDesk keeps the old months at the old price, marks the months that changed, and files the receipt for each one.
- Price changes apply from their effective date forward
- Payment history is built from the first charge, not typed by hand
- One invoice per billing period, with download and delete

What you bought once, and the cover that renews every year.
A warranty or an insurance policy is not a subscription, so SubDesk keeps it apart: its own list, its own end date, and an amount that never counts towards what you spend each month.
- Log the provider, the reference or policy number, the term dates and what you paid
- End and renewal dates land on the same calendar as your subscriptions, without an amount
- Mark a policy renewed and the next term is filled in for you

Questions people ask before they start.
What is SubDesk?
SubDesk is a subscription tracker. You log each recurring subscription, link it to a payment card, and SubDesk shows what renews next, how much you spend per month and per year, how each price has changed, and keeps the invoice for every billing period.
Is SubDesk free?
Yes. The Free plan tracks up to 8 subscriptions with unlimited cards, price history, payment history and a calendar view, in one workspace, plus up to 3 warranties and insurance policies with their end dates on the same calendar. Plus removes both limits and adds invoice uploads, unlimited workspaces, monthly and yearly reports exported as CSV or PDF, and email reminders before a renewal or before a warranty or policy ends. Pro adds client billing on top of everything in Plus.
What do Plus and Pro cost?
Plus is $10 a month or $102 a year, and Pro is $20 a month or $204 a year. Paying yearly saves 15% on either plan, which works out to $8.5 a month on Plus and $17 a month on Pro. You can switch back to Free from your profile at any time.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus is the whole tracker with no limits: unlimited subscriptions, warranties and policies, unlimited workspaces, invoice uploads, reports and every email reminder. Pro is all of that plus client billing — assigning what you pay to the clients you rebill, in their own currency, with margins and reminders to invoice them. Pick Plus to track your own subscriptions; pick Pro if you buy subscriptions on someone else’s behalf.
Does SubDesk connect to my bank?
No. Nothing is read from your bank or card accounts and there is no login to share. You type the price and the billing date, and SubDesk does the rest.
What card details does SubDesk store?
Only the card network, a nickname and the last four digits. SubDesk never asks for a full card number, expiry date or CVC.
How does SubDesk handle price increases?
Log the new price and the date it takes effect. Earlier months keep the old figure, so payment history and totals stay accurate, and every price change is listed with its date.
Can I keep invoices in SubDesk?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. Upload a PDF or image of up to 1 MB per billing period. Each invoice is filed under the month it belongs to, with a thumbnail, a download link and the option to delete it.
Will SubDesk remind me before a subscription renews?
Every plan shows a renewal countdown on each subscription. Plus and Pro accounts can also receive email reminders 7 and 3 days before a renewal, for all subscriptions or only the ones you select, and 30 and 7 days before a warranty ends, 60, 30 and 7 before a policy renews or ends.
Can SubDesk track warranties and insurance policies?
Yes. A warranty or an insurance policy is a coverage record, kept apart from your subscriptions: you log the provider, the reference or policy number, the term dates and, for a policy, the premium and whether it renews automatically. Its end date appears on the calendar and the dashboard, and the amount never counts towards your subscription spend. The Free plan holds 3 per workspace; Plus and Pro hold any number and email you before each one ends or renews.
Can I separate personal and business subscriptions?
Yes. Plus and Pro accounts can create unlimited workspaces, such as Personal and Business, each with its own cards, subscriptions and reports.
Can SubDesk help me bill clients for the subscriptions I buy for them?
Yes, on Pro, in a Business workspace. Add a client with the currency you invoice them in, assign a subscription (or a share of it) to them with what you charge and how often, and SubDesk shows your cost, what you bill and the margin, flags a margin that fell after a price rise or a rate move, lists every period you have paid for but not yet billed, and emails you 30 and 7 days before a yearly service renews (7 before a monthly one) until you mark it billed. A client's periods export as CSV, and a renewal notice as PDF, for whatever you invoice with; SubDesk does not send invoices or take payments itself.
Stop guessing what you pay for.
Set up your cards, subscriptions, warranties and policies in a few minutes. SubDesk keeps the receipts and tells you what's next.
No full card numbers, no bank logins. Export or delete everything from your profile at any time.
